This Affiliate Agreement will be governed by the following rules and conditions:

www.football4sale.co.uk will give you (the Affiliate) a commission (variable rate; currently set at 5% for main site, full price items only) on the sale price of items sold through a direct referral from any banner, icon or text link displayed on the Affiliates web site excluding tax deductible donations.

This agreement is purely for giving a commission on sales effected through referrals by the banner on sponsors page.

We reserve the right to change the product prices from time to time which may have an effect on the commission.

The commission will be credited only when the payment for the sale is cleared. If the buyer requests a refund at a later time, the original commission credited will be deducted.

The commission will only become payable when the total amount equals or exceeds GB £25.00 and commission is only earned after the 2nd order. (But, if you own a football related web site you can gain 5% discount for your own first purchase by simply adding a front page html link to your site. Once the link has been valid for one month we will send you coupon to claim your discount. Discount coupons must be used within the next month but you can claim a new coupon each month while the link is valid.)

We reserve the right to cancel the whole Affiliate program without notice.

The Affiliate is not under any obligation to keep the banners on their web site. Removal of the banner may not result in an immediate cessation of credit accumulation.

Any correspondence relating to loss of the payment due to change of Affiliates PAYPAL account, must be notified within a reasonable time to let us decide on alternative payment method(s). It is Affiliates responsibility to keep their account information current!

Any tax liability on the amount of commission received will be the the Affiliates responsibility.
